Expanded "Sit to Be Fit" Classes
Thanks to the generous support of the Community Lottery Fund, we’ve expanded our fitness offerings and diversified our programs to create even more opportunities for individuals to embrace healthy, active lifestyles. Each 50-minute fitness session is enriched by a warm and inviting Coffee and Catch-up hour, where you can enjoy free tea, coffee, and biscuits. Summer Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Program
In its inaugural year, our program has made a remarkable impact, engaging over 120 families and 175 children. By providing inclusive and enjoyable activities, we have filled a crucial gap for families seeking accessible summer options, creating a joyful space where everyone can thrive.
This momentum stems from our successful new spring HAF programs, where we welcomed over 75 children into our vibrant youth fitness and creative crafts initiatives. Each session is more than just an activity; it’s an opportunity for kids to build confidence, forge friendships, and express their creativity in a supportive environment. This year alone, we've reached over 250 children through our HAF programs, empowering the next generation to embrace their abilities and celebrate the joy of being active and engaged. Access Champions Program
This grassroots initiative is a powerful movement that empowers community members to become champions of accessibility.
